25 Oct: Tim Harris at the Huntington: “Was there such a thing as ‘British public opinion’ in the 17th Century?”

Dear Early Modernists,

Mark your calendars for October 25th!  Tim Harris will be speaking at the USC-Huntington EMSI British History Seminar on “Was there such a thing as ‘British public opinion’ in the 17th Century?”

His talk will take place at 10:00am in Seaver Classroom 3 of the Munger Research Center at The Huntington.  (Coffee and the traditional donuts served at 9:30.)

We would like to invite graduate students to join Tim for lunch at the Huntington’s café following his talk.  All seminar attendees are welcome, but grad students are particularly encouraged to spend this conversational time with seminar presenters.

Lunches may be purchased at the café, or you may bring your own.  No RSVP required.

To sign up to receive email announcements from the USC-Huntington Early Modern Studies Institute, please email emsi@usc.edu.  For more information about EMSI, please visit http://dornsife.usc.edu/emsi.

All our best,
Seminar Co-Conveners
